I know what I want to be. I have a dream. I am ambitious. I want to fulfil my dream.
Everyone has a dream, I mean, but what will the Future of Us be?
Hey Hi Welcome back!
I survived my internship! Yes! In a few more months I have to think of what my future is going to be. Will I be a web designer? A graphic designer? Or pursue my dream as a female programmer? Or continue to be an inspiring blogger.
I know what I want to be. I have a dream. I am ambitious. I want to fulfil my dream. Everyone has a dream, I mean, but what will the Future of Us be?
I went to volunteer in the Future Of Us exhibit. Yep. If you saw someone who looks like me, most probably that’s me!
As I was tending the booth, I realised how many innovations are invented. It makes me wonder if I can code. So can you. Yes, now I wonder how many readers can code too. Innovations can take over traditional methods on how stuff actually works. I can be taken over by anyone.
This really gives me a super wake up call on how I have to really think through the path of my future no matter how hardworking am I.
Ever since I joined Youth.sg as their campus correspondent, I have started to reflect on myself each and everytime I published a post on the website. I do have many great ideas for a new post in here and over in my personal blog. I will usually jot them down and then may or may not come up with a blog post. I have to go through a deep thought about how impactful my post is going to be. Will anyone learn anything good from my post? Will anyone misread my blogpost or misinterprete my content?
I feel that the future of us really starts with us. Every actions we’ve made will eventually affect ourselves and the future generations and the cycle will repeat again. Ask yourself, are we a good model, teacher or guidance to the young?
I hope that this post can let you think on how your future is going to be affected, positively. This post is supposed to be a learning point.
