The eight estates include Bishan, Woodlands, Tengah and Tampines.
The Housing and Development Board announced on Aug 12 that 7,862 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats have been launched across eight estates: Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Choa Chu Kang, Geylang, Pasir Ris, Tampines, Tengah and Woodlands.
Among the 11 newly launched housing projects are those from May that were postponed due to the extension of the circuit breaker.
The launch includes the first batch of units near the Tengah car-free town centre.
Parc Residences @ Tengah, which comprises 12 residential blocks, will be the first public housing development located in the Park district. Buyers can choose from 1,044 units of two-room Flexi, three-room, four-room, and five-room flats.
Parc Residences @ Tengah consists of 12 blocks ranging from 7 to 14 storeys in height.
The launch also includes new units for sale in Bishan for the first time in 14 years.
Located along Kallang River and bounded by Bishan Street 11 and Braddell Road, the two-block Bishan Towers contain 472 units of two-room Flexi, three-room and four-room flats.
Bishan Towers comprises two blocks ranging from 25 to 33 storeys in height.
Starting prices in non-mature estates Tengah, Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands range from $90,000 for a two-room Flexi in Woodlands to $418,000 for a five-room flat in Tengah.
Flats in mature estates like Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, Geylang, Pasir Ris and Tampines have starting prices of $137,000 for a two-room Flexi flat in Pasir Ris to $571,000 for a five-room in Ang Mo Kio.
The application period starts on Aug 12 and ends on Aug 18. Applicants can submit their applications online on esales.hdb.gov.sg without having to make a trip to HDB Hub.
