Indulge your sweet tooth with these totally majestic looking desserts in Singapore!
Ever find yourself staring at a photo of delicious food on social media and thinking to yourself: "I need that right now!"
Well, we got you covered. We found three hyped up desserts that will leave you salivating. (Also check out the special offers at end of this article!)
1. Galaxy Donuts @ Sinseh: The Grocery
Intergalactic doughnuts exist here on our earth and they are addictive.
These colourful creations are available at Sinseh: The Grocery and cost $3 a pop.
EACH DONUT VARIES IN COLOUR AND PATTERNS.
Taste wise, it is just like a good old fried doughnut, but the look is the cherry on the cake! You can also add on a scoop of ice cream if you order in.
These doughnuts are quite exclusive so I suggest making your orders ahead of time by texting their friendly staff through WhatsApp at 9875 7232.
Address: 9 Jalan Pisang, 199076
Nearest MRT: Bugis
2. Molten Lava Cookies @ Kooks Creamery
Out with cake and in with cookies. Located in one of Singapore's prominent heartlands, Kooks Creamery at Serangoon is where you can find this sweet gem.
THE COMBINATION OF HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE AND GOOEY ICE CREAM IS AMAZING.
The cookie is served in a hot plate on a wire rack and the ice cream will be added on top by their staff to activate the lava goodness.
This is your chance to get your phones ready because once the ice cream hits the cookie, matcha or chocolate lava will ooze out of the cookie immediately.
Kooks Creamery offers two types of lava cookies and costs $8.50 for a set that includes a scoop of ice cream, with an extra charge for premium flavours.
Address: 211 Serangoon Avenue 4, #01-02, 550211
Nearest MRT: Serangoon
3. Singapore themed treats @ Non Entrée Dessert
This little dessert café at Rangoon Road has really taken creativity to a whole new level.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS ANG KU KUEH AND GEM BISCUIT DESSERT,
THEY DO NOT TASTE ANYTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL THING.
Their newest creations have taken the form of Singaporean foods and snacks that will not only leave you feeling nostalgic, but also send your taste buds into a frenzy. They taste decadently sweet!
We only got to try the Ang Ku Kueh and Gem Biscuit dessert from the series as the more popular ones such as The Singapore Breakfast, Bak Chor Mee and Tutu Kueh had already been sold out.
So do make your way down earlier in the day for even more scrumptious options, and expect to spend around $10 to $15 per dish.
Address: 204 Rangoon Rd, 218451
Nearest MRT: Farrer Park Station
